New record with Janusz Olejniczak
In early September Janusz Olejniczak recorded Ravel’s Piano Concerto No. 1 in G Major, Prokofiev’s Piano Concerto no. 1 in D-flat Major and Shostakovich’s Piano Concerto no. 2 in F Major with Sinfonia Varsovia at the S-1 Studio in Warsaw. Jerzy Maksymiuk conducted on the recording which will be released by SONY to celebrate the pianist’s 60th birthday. A gala concert will be held on October 2.
